Our services

We provide digital marketing strategy and services, including paid media, creative and content, search optimisation, conversion strategy and email marketing. Website descriptions are general information. The specific services, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and timing for your project are set out in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.

Enquiries and engagement

Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract or require payment. Work begins only after the scope and payment arrangements are agreed. We may decline a project that is outside our capabilities or involves unlawful or misleading activity.

Fees and third-party costs

Fees and the applicable currency, taxes and payment schedule are disclosed in your proposal or checkout before you commit. Advertising spend, software subscriptions and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. No recurring service is created without your explicit agreement.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, timely approvals and authorised access to accounts and materials required for the agreed work. You retain responsibility for your products, business claims, permissions and compliance with platform rules. Delays in access or approvals may affect agreed timelines.

Results and platforms

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, rankings, platform approvals or a particular return on advertising spend. Results depend on many factors outside our control. Advertising platforms may change policies, pricing or access independently.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

You retain ownership of materials and accounts you provide. Ownership and permitted use of commissioned deliverables, working files and third-party assets will be specified in your agreement. We use confidential project information only to deliver and administer the services, subject to legal obligations and our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation and refunds

Our published cancellation and refund policy applies together with your agreed scope. Statutory consumer protections and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.

Website use

You may not misuse this website, infringe intellectual property rights, submit malicious content or attempt unauthorised access. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
