Refund policy

Service cancellations and refunds

MEDIA SCALEPRO LLC provides marketing services, not physical goods. Each engagement is subject to a written proposal or statement of work describing the scope, fees, milestones and delivery schedule.

Before work starts

You may request cancellation by emailing support@media-scaleprollc.com. If work has not started, we will refund fees paid for services that have not been performed, less any third-party costs you expressly approved and that cannot be recovered.

After work starts

If you cancel after work begins, you are responsible only for work completed and approved, non-recoverable third-party commitments. Any remaining prepaid amount for unperformed services will be refunded. We will explain the calculation in writing.

Service concerns

If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, contact us with the details so we can review it and agree an appropriate correction or remedy. Marketing results, platform approvals, rankings, revenue and return on advertising spend are not guaranteed.

Advertising spend and third-party charges

Advertising spend and fees charged directly by advertising platforms or other third parties are separate from our service fees and are subject to the relevant provider’s policies.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights, remain unaffected. We do not begin work during a statutory withdrawal period without any consent required by law.
